About Yellow Door

Founded in 2015 by Andorlie Hillstrom YDTP has become a safe haven for all of NOTL's creative kids.

Andorlie has been teaching Musical Theatre to children for over 30 years. Her students have worked at The Shaw Festival, The Stratford Shakespeare Festival, on US National Tours, on Broadway and have starred in popular film and television programs.

But that's not what she is most proud of. Nothing gives her greater joy than sharing her love of the arts with everyone she meets - and watching her students bloom into not only incredible artists, but incredible PEOPLE.

Our kids have studied at:

A fun timeline to show you how far we've come.

The door that started it all.

As moving from Saskatchewan to Niagara on the Lake was an opportunity unlocked for Andorlie, she too wanted to unlock arts education opportunities for Niagara Youth.
